AEROCLIMA is a climate atelier: forty-six people who believe comfort is an architectural material — as considered as light, as quiet as stone.

Most firms in this trade start with the equipment and work backwards. We start with the room: how it's used, how the light falls, what the acoustics demand, how the air should move when someone is sleeping, presenting, cooking or recovering.
Only then do we choose hardware — and often, that means choosing less of it. A correctly modelled system is smaller, quieter and cheaper to run than the one a competitor would quote. That discipline is the whole business.
If it isn't modelled, we don't quote it. Precision at the desk prevents waste on site.
If your building doesn't need the system you asked for, we'll tell you — and cost the alternative.
No subcontractors. The engineer who quoted it is the engineer who signs it off.
Cleaner than we arrived, documented, and scheduled for its next service before we go.
Eighteen years, no outside capital, no franchise. Growth has come the slow way — referral by referral.
Founder Nadia Kessler leaves a national contractor to do residential work properly. One technician, one postcode.
First CAD designer hired. Load calculations become standard on every job — the differentiator that still defines us.
Northline HQ becomes the first full VRF retrofit, delivered out of hours with zero tenant complaints.
We move into a purpose-built workshop with a training rig, a duct laboratory and room for forty.
Our own fleet electrified, workshop on renewables, and a published carbon plan for every project we take.
Still independent. Still only our own crews. Still answering the phone ourselves.
Every engineer re-certifies annually. We fund the exams and pay for the study time — competence isn't optional here.
No account managers, no call-centre scripts. These are the engineers who design, deliver and stand behind the work.

Ex-architect turned HVAC designer. Owns every airflow model that leaves the studio.
Delivers out-of-hours retrofits across offices, hotels and laboratories.
Runs the 24/7 desk and the 34-point maintenance programme across 900+ systems.
We've never entered a competition we couldn't defend with data. These are the ones that mattered — judged on measured outcomes, not mood boards.
