Twenty-four completed installations across residential, commercial and hospitality — every one commissioned to ±0.5°C of setpoint, room by room.
The architect wanted no grilles in the ceilings. We built the entire system into the joinery and skirting: linear slot diffusers behind the millwork, a plant room disguised as a wine store, and a buried condensate line routed through the terrace slab.

Northline's legacy chiller failed every August. We installed a heat-recovery VRF across four floors — entirely out of hours, one floor per weekend, with temporary cooling bridging every handover. Occupants never felt the works.

The brief was absolute: a guest must never hear the plant. We specified inverter units with night setback, isolated every compressor on spring mounts and commissioned each key to a 24 dBA ceiling — verified with our own sound meter at handover.
